8:26 AM
Breakfast at Salisterra, with views over the harbour. And the menu dishes up a whole host of good things – from dim sum and congee to a more Western style full English.
10:02 AM
It's iconic and for a good reason. You're a short walk away from the much-loved funicular – the Peak Tram. Ride to the top for the views, embracing the steep angle. There's one every 20 minutes or so, and the queue goes quickly.
12:36 PM
Head over to HK institution Mak’s Noodles for big bowls of delicious noodles with broth, wontons or topped with saucy beef brisket.
2:21 PM
If you've got a tub with views, make the most of it with an afternoon soak. Otherwise, keep up with the hustle and hit the shops nearby. Hong Kong is known for its malls and you're right above a great one (Pacific Place Mall).
7:30 PM
Wing’s is one of the city’s best spots for Cantonese plates, but make it fancy. It’s a tasting menu only – so prepare for a good spread: smoked eggplant, chilli oysters, lamb soup. Come hungry.
9:32 PM
Go for an evening ride on the Star Ferry across the harbour for neon views, or soak them all in from above at the hotel bar with a glass of something fun.
