Just an hour from Thessaloniki, this summer-only (May to October) hideout on Greece's Halkidiki coast feels more like a Mediterranean village than a hotel. 58 suites scatter through bright green gardens alongside a bakery (with jam to take home) and the country's largest wine cellar. Originally a family home, now run by the second and third generation who've filled the rooms with treasures from their travels.

8:29 AM
Find a spot next to 200-year-old pine trees. Baked goods are from the hotel’s own bakery, best spread over with house-made peach jam or caramel goodness. We love the silverware.
9:44 AM
Head to the Old Town of Nikiti for a stroll through an authentic town and catch a glimpse of history. You can wander among ancient churches, flower‑filled courtyards and by small, shaded cafés.
12:30 PM
They know a thing or two about seafood here. We love Karanasou, a family‑owned restaurant where everything is homemade. Try the fish of the day as well as the octopus and prawns, served with plenty of tzatziki on the side.
2:24 PM
The hotel has its own private beach, so you can be certain it won’t be crowded. It’s lovely to chill out, with a good book, on the sand, but you can also secure a very comfortable day bed if you prefer.
5:00 PM
You’re in luck – you’re spending the night at the hotel with Greece’s largest wine cellar. Take a tour and finish with a wine tasting at The Noble Bar.
8:00 PM
With only five tables, the ambience is wonderfully personal. This is special dining, so we recommend booking in advance and opting for the wine pairing from the hotel’s extensive cellar.

They grow their own grapes for wine making and love sharing traditions with curious guests over generous tastings and vineyard walks.
From seed, and soil, to plate, their garden supplies fresh, homegrown vegetables that shape the kitchen’s daily, ever-changing menus.
They care for the flora and fauna. Citrus groves, wildflowers and native birds create a vibrant ecosystem that celebrates and sustains the land’s natural beauty.
