Find a table by the pool, or on a bright blue tiled table in the restaurant and dive into the beauty of breakfast. Omelettes, sobrasada, fresh juice, name it. It’s a refined menu, but just what you need.

Explore, but remember you're on island time, so easy does it. Happily explore the coast for secret coves before lunch at Es Xarcu (try and get a seat near the water) and bring a towel so you can have a dip before the food arrives.

Dinner at La Mesa D’Es Vedrà. It’s all about local recipes and local ingredients (some come from the hotel gardens). We love the marinated aubergine with Mahón cheese…

We love rooftop nightcaps, ending the day how it started, with a view over Es Vedrà. Ask for a local wine with a side of pink skies. Keep an eye out for their pop-up outdoor cinema that makes an appearance throughout the summer months – if the stars align, that's our favourite way to close out the night.
