Is there anything better than a hotel breakfast? Here, it’s an event. Indulge a little and have it in room on big round flowing tables topped with golden pastries, juices of all colours, jams, macaron towers, and coffee by the jug.
10:02 AM
There’s a cabin on a boat type of feel up on the 6th floor where you’ll find the indoor swimming pool. And it’s iconic. Have a little dip while looking out over the Parisian rooftops.
12:30 PM
This bistro, a few streets away from the Champs Elysées, is a classic stape. Interiors feel frozen in time –red leather banquets, white tablecloths. The frites are excellent too, to be eaten with a good glass of red.
3:49 PM
Spend an afternoon museum and garden hopping. We love to wander the Jardin des Tuileries, finding the exit near Cafe Kitsune. We suggest grabbing a coffee to go and making your way over to the Bourse de Commerce, there’s always something brilliant on.
6:54 PM
Grab a taxi, or take the metro back to the hotel. When you're ready, head down to the cosy Le Bar du Bristol for a pre-dinner drink. We love the Kill the Beat which is made with gin, Aperol, lemon, grapefruit, tangelo (tangerine x pomelo) syrup and egg white. Fresh.
8:30 PM
A very special dinner (and great for certain celebrations) at the hotel's triple Michelin-starred Epicure. This is a hot ticket for most people who come to Paris, so make sure you have a reservation. You'll want to dress up too. The ingredients and flavours are fresh, seasonal and channel everything the French artisan scene is about.

French plug
There’s an actual mill in the middle of the city that churns organically grown French wheat for their all-natural bread used in the hotel.
Guests have access to electric bicycles for city exploring. All transport, including their cars, are electric and hybrid too.
They work with family-owned Quagliotti to source their Italian weaved bed linens. It’s all about ‘slow fibre’ and sustainable textile production.
