The bones of the building (from 1887) are preserved and it has been running and operating as a hotel for around 100 years.
In the restaurant, dishes are passionately rooted in local terrier and Mediterranean culture. With a contemporary twist, yes, but works creatively and carefully with the ingredients they use.
