For the renovation of the Grand Hotel Belvedere, the two Swiss architects, Arnaud Christin and Valéry Clavien adopted traditional Alpine construction techniques to craft custom-made furniture. Even the spa, created from scratch, reflects the region's Swiss brutalist heritage.
The hotel has fostered a creative community of the architects and artists it has worked with.
