We love a beach dip first thing. It’s so quiet in the morning, so you can pretend it's your own. Shhh.

After an acai bowl (wellness is a focus here) get out and see the island. It’s small enough to navigate by car or bike (the terrain is quite flat). We love hopping in and out of shops in Sant Francés Xavier. Amancita is great for homeware and colourful kaftans.

Book in advance for a lunch reservation at Es Molí de Sal. Try to grab a table by the water. We love the paella - it's a crowd-pleaser.

Head to nearby Platja de Ses Illetes afterwards for a swim and a big beach snooze.
